WELCOME! 2.22.2010 I had the awesome opportunity to co-star in a short film called "Variations of Normal" directed by Jennifer Hahn. Soon to be released. |

1.15.2010 I performed in the 5th Annual Festival of New Artists' Festival Cabaret at the Goodspeed Opera House. I sang "Remember this Always" by Frank Terry. 10.13.2009 I have finally gotten around to recording a demo. Check it out: It's a fantastic fall. Go buy a pumpkin from your local farmer's market! 6.22.2009 I will be touring this summer with 42nd Street, produced by Atlanta Theater of the Stars, Houston's Theatre Under the Stars, and D.C.'s Wolf Trap. I have had some fantastic auditions, races, callbacks, and tea this spring. Happy summer! 4.6.2009 I had the great pleasure of participating in another table reading of Signs of Life: A Story of Terezin. There is a staged reading, produced by Amas Musical Theatre, towards the end of this month and I encourage you to see it. Early last month, I donned the bee wings a second time for Lolli-Pops' second concert of the year, Tubby the Tuba. I will also be in the last concert of the year, Music Tells a Story. Lastly, find me on Facebook and Twitter. Something new all the time. 2.10.2009 I am set for participating in two readings this weekend. The first is Signs of Life: A Story of Terezin by Peter Ullian, Len Schiff, and Joel Derfner. I will be playing Jonas, an artist who refuses to pander to the Nazi's wishes. Signs of Life takes place this coming Friday and is being produced by Amas Musical Theatre. Next, I'm playing Jake, a severely underappreciated and overworked boyfriend, in Swimming in Quicksand by David Goldstein. This reading takes place next Monday and is being directed by Triumph of Love's Brian Swasey. 1.10.2009 I'm ready for an exciting 2009: taking bikram yoga, registering for two half-marathons, removing meat from my diet, and donning a pair of bee wings as Buzz the Bee in Lolli-Pops' brand new concert, Animal Tales. Happy 2009! 12.9.2008 I spent the fall pursuing several different projects: I sang for Bill Finn's class at the Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program at NYU, I sang for Rachel Sheinkin and Joel Derfner's end of the year class presentation for Tisch School of the Arts, and I played Bang the Lion in The Little Orchestra Society's Lolli-Pops concerts, directed by Annette Jolles. 10.20.2008 New headshots taken by Jenny Rolapp - including headshot to the top right and the following postcard shot:
9.13.2008 After a summer in St. Louis (check out the press page!), I've returned to New York City and am pounding the pavement. 5.23.2008 Triumph closed on May 11th - pics have been added to the shows page. Thanks to cast and crew for a fantastic spring that I'll never forget. I am currently in St. Louis, MO for the summer to do Thoroughly Modern Millie and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. More info can be found on the Stages website: here. 4.30.2008 Triumph of Love has opened and reviews are pouring in. Check out the press page for some highlights.
Here's Abby Baum and I in my favorite picture, so far, from the show. So many different caption possibilites, so little time! Click here to buy tickets. Only 8 performances left! 4.25.2008 Triumph of Love opens tonight at the Variety Boys & Girls Club in Astoria!
Here I am surrounded by Justin Birdsong, Philip Deyesso, and Erika Amato. I may look upset, but you won't if you come and see our show. 4.12.2008 Our Broadway Bullet episode was released last Thursday. Check it out! And, while listening, when I say the name Brian Swasey, the director of Triumph, hear "Sway-zey" like Patrick not "Swah-sey" as I pronounce it. I also seem to have issues with Maury Yeston, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and Philip Deyesso. Where's my dialect coach? The show itself is awesome - just wait until you see the working fountain on stage. We open on April 25th and you won't want to miss it. Click the show logo to get tickets. No promises that I pronounce everything right in the show, though. Every night'll be unique! 4.3.2008 Abby Baum (Leonide) and I were interviewed today by Broadway Bullet for Triumph of Love - thanks to Michael for a great morning and Katie, our PR rep, for setting it up. The interview will be available next Thursday, April 10th. The show itself will open on April 25th and run until May 11th. It'll be worth the trip to Queens! 3.26.2008 Next up on the docket, I will be playing Agis in Triumph of Love with the Astoria Performing Arts Center the end of April and beginning of May. More details to come. I also had the pleasure of performing in Merrily We Roll Along with the Monday Night Reading Series at CAP21 on the 17th and the 24th. Summer plans are also shaping up as we start to head into spring weather and, in non-actor news category, I'll be running my first 4 mile race in the 6th Annual Run As One TGL Classic at the beginning of April. Wish me luck! 1.07.2008 White Christmas has now closed and I am back in NYC for a new year. Thanks to Atlanta, Appleton, Nasvhille, Memphis, Rochester, Buffalo, Raleigh, and Fort Myers for an experience I'll never forget! 12.22.2007 It's the week before Christmas, and I've got a Christmas present: Get the Flash Player to see this player. Only two more weeks left to catch our show! You'll kick yourself if you miss it. Happy Holidays! 12.06.2007 It's December, Christmas is right around the corner, and we're in the middle of shows in Memphis, TN. Here's a little picture to entice you to see (or help you fondly remember) our show:
You'll have to look carefully, but I'm on the back row and the first male face you can entirely see to the left of Bob Wallace. Only 4 cities left and three weeks until it truly will be a White Christmas. 11.25.2007 I leave tomorrow to head to Nashville to continue our run of White Christmas. Appleton was great, but I can't wait to get to my home state. Check out our commercial: Get the Flash Player to see this player. That's me and Megan Hart Jimenez on the 'Spectacular Dancing' christmas card! It's beginning to feel a lot like Christmas already. 11.14.2007 Atlanta has come and gone and White Christmas has now opened at the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center in Appleton, WI. According to the review: "It may seem too early to be dreaming of a White Christmas, but the audience at the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center in Appleton didn’t seem to think so as they joined in the singing of Irving Berlin’s most famous song. [...] And even if one is not a fan of Christmas, one can still be a fan of the music and nostalgia of this classic show when done so well." (Click here for the full review.) We're definitely in the Christmas mood and it's not even Thanksgiving, yet! 11.05.2007 We have finished our preview run of White Christmas in Savannah and are getting ready for our opening on Tuesday the 6th at the Fox Theatre in Atlanta! I grew up seeing the shows that toured through the Fox and it's a big dream come true for me to play there myself. I am in the ensemble of the show, performing such great numbers as "Happy Holidays," "Blue Skies," and "I Love a Piano." I am also getting the chance to understudy Bob Wallace, the Bing Crosby role in the film, so check us out in multiple cities and you might see me go on! 9.17.2007 I am going to be touring through the east coast in Irving Berlin's White Christmas directed by Jeff Calhoun and choreographed by Noah Racey. Tickets are currently on sale for our first two cities and we seem to be selling out fast! The current touring schedule is: It's gonna be a great show - come out and see us! | |
